How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the United States.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Are your products spicy?

Some are, some aren't! Each product page clearly indicates the spice level. Look for the spicy indicator on product cards.

What are your products made from?

We use premium, high-quality ingredients. Full ingredient lists and nutrition facts are available on each product page.

Are your products gluten-free/vegan/etc?

All of our products are vegan and gluten-free. Please check individual product pages for any additional dietary information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Additional payment methods including Bitcoin are coming soon.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing, which means we never store your credit card information. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

What's your return policy?

If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval and will be returned to your original payment method.
